About the project

A life lived between languages and systems, written in search of clarity.

Chef, writer, and builder of a life between cultures.

This publication forms a body of literary nonfiction on memory, identity, and movement between worlds.

Written from lived experience — across languages, systems, and ways of life — it observes how meaning changes across time and distance.

It is not a collection of stories.

It is a construction built across time.

What appears here does not follow traditional narrative. The pieces trace a movement:

from origin,
through rupture,
into work,
and toward clarity.

There is no attempt to explain everything.

Only to place what matters where it can be seen.

Each text forms part of a larger structure — not chronological, not explanatory, but cumulative.

This work is not finished.
It is written from within the process itself.

Written from a small village in Burgundy.

A constructed body of literary nonfiction where memory and identity are explored through structure rather than narrative.

Manuscript in progress.
